Pre Filling Unit :
Pre filling unit is an on-line equipment used to fill 19/14.2 kg cylinder by time based cut off. The system shall be located before fine filling unit. A pre determined quantity of LPG is filled in the cylinder and it will helps to reduce the time required for fine filling operation on weighing scale. The quantity of LPG filled depends on the duration of operation, which can be adjusted by pneumatic timer device provided.
Fine Filling Unit :
Fine filling unit is an on-line equipment used for fine filling the 19/14.2 kg cylinder by weight based cut off. The system shall be located after pre filling unit on weighing scale.
