Chain Conveyor System

Chain Conveyor System is meticulously designed by our design department suited to each and every customer and adaptable to the prevailing site conditions. Drive units are calculated for maximum pulling capacity with sufficient factor of safety into consideration for smooth movement of LPG cylinders. Fabricated structural assembly where the fabricated chain moves in a track with the help of geared motor drive. The movement of chain is used to transport empty cylinder from unloading point to various stages of pre-filling, filling, post filling and other associated process till loading as a sound filled cylinders.

Telescopic Conveyor

Telescopic Conveyor is employed mainly for loading and unloading of LPG Cylinder to and from lorries of filled and empty cylinders respectively. By virtue of the design, RAPL Telescopic Conveyor can be operated using the pneumatic push button control panel situated at the tip of the boom in addition to electrical control station. The equipment has got all the safety inter-locks, electromagnetically.

Washing unit :

The Washing unit is on-line equipment used to wash the incoming cylinders with multiple forced jet of water to remove mud, dirt, stains, etc., from the outer surfaces.

Drying unit :

The Drying unit is an on-line equipment used to dry the cylinders, coming out of washing unit by blowing the air on the sides and top surfaces of the cylinders as they move.

PURGING UNIT

Purging Unit is an on-line equipment completely operated through PLC which is used to create vaccum in the first stage and filling LPG vapour in the second stage in new / hot repaired empty cylinders. Capacity of the equipment is available from 800 cyl per hour to 1200 cyl per hour.

CHECK WEIGH SCALE

The digital check weighing system with segregation unit is designed to check the gross weight of a filled LPG cylinder and reject the cylinder from main stream on to a loop conveyor if the gross weight is more or less than the stipulated value. The electronic check scale is programmed in such a way to subtract 14.2 Kg or 19 Kg from total weight of cylinder and the tare weight will be displayed. Operator has to compare the displayed tare weight value with the tare weight value punched on the cylinder and if the value is beyond the permissible limit, the cylinder will be rejected.

WEIGHT CORRECTION UNIT

The unit is an on-line equipment used to ensure that correct weight of LPG fuel is carried in the cylinders. Under-filled cylinders are filled with additional quantity of LPG and the weight is corrected. Overfilled cyliders are checked and the weight of LPG fuel is corrected by evacuation process.

AUTO EVACUATION SYSTEM

Evacuation unit is an on-line equipment used to remove LPG liquid and depressurise cylinders identified leaky during post fill valve performance testing. The unit is designed to handle a batch of four to six cylinders at a time.

AUTO SQC SYSTEM

Auto SQC system is an equipment designed to randomly check the quality of filled LPG cylinders for Valve Leak, O ring Leak and filled weight to ensure quality of bottling of LPG cylinders. Our system is completely automated with PLC and equipped with sensors that can detect LPG leakage at 0.5gm/hr. Offline reporting of the tested cylinders with serial no., test date, test results along with interactive dashboard will be provided.

AUTOCAP FIXING UNIT

PLC based Auto cap fixer is on-line equipment used to fix safety caps on to the valve of LPG cylinders.

INLINE TEST BATH

This a MS fabricated bath structure filled with water. The conveyor passes through the bath to identify presence of any body leak on the filled LPG cynder.

HOT AIR SEALING UNIT

Seal crimping unit is on-line equipment used to crimp the aluminium cap seal around the cylinder valve as a final operation on the filled LPG cylinder.

VALVE CHANGE SYSTEM

Valve change unit is an on-line equipment used to remove or replace the valve of LPG cylinder by unscrewing or screwing operation at a set torque and speed controlled by VFD.

DEGASSING UNIT

Degassing unit is an on-line equipment used to remove LPG vapour from a batch of damaged cylinders identified during post fill inspection using water and air.

HYDRO PRESSURE TEST UNIT

The function of this unit is to test the withholding capacity of 5 year testing due cylinders filled with water and at 25kg pressure. Cylinders passing this test will only proceed for repaiting and then for bottling, rest will be deemed not suitable for bottling. This system comes in 6 and 10 heads both online and offline mode and controlled by PLC.

PAINTING BOOTH

Water curtain paintbooth made out of MS structure for repainting the LPG cylinders. This comes with a blower and exhaust.

PNEUMATC PRESSURE TESTING UNIT

Pre Filling Unit

Pre filling unit is an on-line equipment used to fill 5KG/47.5 & 425 kg jumbo cylinder by time based cut off. The system shall be located before fine filling unit. A pre determined quantity of LPG is filled in the cylinder and it will helps to reduce the time required for fine filling operation on weighing scale. The quantity of LPG filled depends on the duration of operation, which can be adjusted by pneumatic timer device provided.

Fine Filling Unit

Fine filling unit is an on-line equipment used for fine filling the 19/14.2/47.5/425kg cylinder by weight based cut off. The system shall be located after pre filling unit on weighing scale.

Dip type Test bath

This system consist of a bath filled with water where in the cylinder is dipped inside the bath using pneumatic cylinders. This is used to identify any body leaks in 5kg ,47.5 kg cylinders

OVERHEAD CONVEOR

Conveyor mounted above the ground level for handling cylinders from one shed to another at different heights.
